At Kiara Jewelry Studio, we are committed to providing premium-quality jewelry and a smooth customer experience. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a different product than what was ordered

Conditions for Exchange:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed package.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, exchange requests will not be processed.

  • If the same item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

To initiate an exchange, please email contact@kiarajewelrystudio.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Replacement Warranty for Discoloration

Most of our products are covered under a 6-month replacement warranty for discoloration (i.e., if the product turns black or white) from the date of purchase.

Important Notes on Warranty Coverage:

  • Warranty coverage is always specified on the product description.

  • Products that do not mention a warranty in their description are not covered under warranty.

  • Physical damage, breakage, or misuse is not covered under any circumstances.

To make a warranty claim:

  • Email high-quality images/videos showing the discoloration, along with your order ID/invoice, to contact@kiarajewelrystudio.com.

  • Claims without adequate visual proof will not be eligible.

Once verified and approved, a replacement for the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability) will be processed.

3. Processing Timeline

  • All valid exchange and warranty claims will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving the required details and media.

  • You will be notified about the resolution via email.

4. General Terms

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

  • Kiara Jewelry Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on the above conditions and product inspection.
